Booking a trip with iTREK is simple, here are the steps –
1.) Confirm your dates and price with us. You can do this by sending us a Booking Request or emailing us at rick@itrekeverest.com
2.) Book your international flights. We understand this step may take some time, no rush but once this is done you can forward your flights to us and we will put you on our trekking schedule.
3.) We will send you an invoice for the trek and a confirmation of your trek booking. This DOES NOT need to be paid immediately but we ask that it’s paid at least two weeks before arrival. We suggest waiting until 3-4 weeks before the trip starts to make the payment.
THAT’S IT! Your trip is confirmed and we will email you to get some additional information so that we can prepare for your arrival. Of course we are always here to answer any questions while you prepare for the big adventure.
( In the past we would ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your trip. We no longer require this, only a copy of your international flight booking. Covid made it complicated with all of the refunds/cancellations so we’ve simply stopped taking deposits to make it easier. There are a few insurance providers in certain countries that may require you to pay a deposit before they will provide insurance. Please let us know if that’s the case and we’d be happy to put a deposit invoice together for you.)
