Furi Lama is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced trekking guides in Nepal.  His career began over 25 years ago as an assistant trekking cook, then a senior camp cook and then finally as a trekking guide in 2002.  While guiding guests all over the country he also became proficient in speaking English and Japanese. Furi is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Nepal and is excited to show visitors to his wonderful country.
